Modules

What the six weeks cover

01

Language before numbers

Inventory the words your org already uses for severity and likelihood; retire ambiguous synonyms.

02

Likelihood Anchors

Build observable anchors so “probable” means the same thing in two departments.

03

Impact bands that travel

Connect financial, customer, and regulatory impact without triple-counting the same event.

04

Weighting in Risk Studio

Practice visible weighting sessions and capture dissent in the assumption log.

05

From score to sample

Convert rankings into fieldwork depth, including when not to sample.

06

Readout rehearsal

Deliver a board-ready narrative and a living audit plan sketch.

FAQ

Do we need a specific software stack?

No. Concepts map to common spreadsheets and GRC tools. Risk Studio is used as a teaching layer, not a mandated platform purchase.

Can we bring live confidential data?

Please anonymize. We work with structures and patterns, not named counterparties or unreleased financials.

What is a real limitation of this program?

Foundations will not certify you as an auditor, and it will not automate continuous monitoring. Teams that need deep statistical sampling theory should pair this with a specialist methods course.

How much time outside live sessions?

Plan for two to three hours weekly on worksheets and peer critique.
