Refund policy

This policy covers paid Mindstack Core programs and coaching confirmed by invoice. Website pricing is informational; the invoice terms for your engagement control if they conflict with this page.

Eligibility

Individual open-cohort seats may be refunded in full if you cancel at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date. Cancellations between thirteen and seven days before start may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. Later cancellations are generally non-refundable.

Team and residency engagements

Private Cadence Circle and Ledger Residency fees are refundable in full if cancelled twenty-one (21) days before the first facilitated session. After that point, fees for sessions already prepared or delivered are non-refundable; unused future sessions may be rescheduled within ninety days or partially credited at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

Third-party software licenses, paid external exam fees, custom research packs already delivered, and travel booked at your request are non-refundable once purchased.

Refund process

Email info@mindstack-core.digital with your invoice number, participant name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Cancellation by Mindstack Core

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seats.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill refunds for documented medical emergencies or force majeure that prevent attendance. Incomplete attendance without prior notice does not create a refund right.
